d6 Connect is a free Android application developed by d6 Group that connects users to their schools and other d6 communities. The app provides real-time information about learners and the community. With comprehensive authentication, data security and confidentiality of privileged information are guaranteed.
The app offers a variety of features, including 2-way communication between users and communities, community news, calendar events, policies, marks/grades, discipline, absenteeism, finances, and current learner information. Information is automatically personalized to the groups and activities the user is subscribed to.
Users can pay for projects directly from the app via their Pay wallet. The app also enables users to participate in questionnaires and polls, with direct feedback to the respective community's administration platform. Additionally, it replaces the tear-off slips method of communication and supports both Afrikaans and English.
